Cancellation Policy

Should a customer cancel their reservation 48+ hours before their scheduled arrival time, a 100% refund is available.

Should a customer cancel their reservation 24+ hours before their scheduled arrival time, a 50% refund is available.

Should a customer cancel their reservation 12 hours before their scheduled arrival time, no refund is offered.

Please understand that our services are limited and sell out quickly. We have to turn other clients away for your scheduled booking.

In cases of unexpected weather, illnesses, or emergencies, we offer a rescheduling for matching availability. For special circumstances, please contact us.

Damage Fee Policy

We undertstand that accidents happen. In cases with major damage, customers are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. A damage fee of 50% of the item value(s) will be charged for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Missing Item Policy

Customers are responsible for any items missing from their reservation. The customer will be charged 100% of the missing item value(s).

Early Arrival and Late Departure Fees

Customers must arrive at their selected time. A $50.00 late fee will be incurred if Customer does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

Customers must depart at their designated time. Should the Customer decide to extend their reservation, they must notify Elysium Beach Co. one hour (60 minutes) before the scheduled end-time. The normal $50 per additional hour rates apply. Should the Customer decide to leave their reservation early, they must notify Elysium Beach Co. ASAP so that our staff can collect the unattended equipment.

Customers must leave their booking no later than 8:00 PM, as staff members must take down equipment at that time.
