How does this business work exactly?
I am new to this whole thing and used to hauling everything to the beach myself.

Great question! Well in short we're here to make your beach day a breeze!

But ok, it goes like this: After making your reservation, you'll receive an e-mail that confirms the date & package you selected along with directions & parking suggestions. On the day of your reservation, our fabulous employees will set your package up in a prime spot and wait for you to arrive. Upon arrival, they'll review the package with you to ensure you have everything you reserved and answer any questions. They will also give you their card and phone number so you can call them if you run into any issues. At the end of the day, we will return to pack up the equipment and hope to see a ton of smiles!

How long can we use our beach set up for?

Each reservation includes a 5 hour time window. If you prefer a longer beach day, you may add additional hours during checkout for $50 per additional hour.

However, please note that all reservations must start at 9AM or later and must end by 8PM.

What if it rains?

If it begins raining one hour prior to your scheduled arrival time, and the forecast for the afternoon indicates continued rain, you may cancel your reservation without incurring any penalties.

You may also call us to reschedule your reservation.

What if my group is larger than my reservation indicates?

Not a problem, but please let us know as soon as you know so we can make adjustments accordingly.

With short notice, we cannot guarantee enough chairs for each person as we may be fully booked. However, we can provide alternative types of seating to ensure you can enjoy your day with whomever you please.

What if we want to stay longer once we are there?

Not a problem! We are here to make your day easy. Please give us a call one hour before your scheduled take-down time so we can notify the staff coming by to collect the set up.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please understand that our services are limited and sell out quickly. We have to turn other clients away for your scheduled booking.

What if we have had enough sun and want to go home early?

Been there, so we get it! Please call us as soon as you make that to decision so our staff can collect our equipment ASAP.

How does payment work?

Payment is done online through Stripe. If anything is damaged / missing from the set up, the card used will be charged the appropriate fees which you can find at the bottom of the page.

Do Elysium Beach Co. Butlers accept tips?

They sure do! Tips are much appreciated!

However, the best tip you can give to us is write a great review online and spread the word to your friends!

Do you offer a referral discount?

Yes! For every referral who books with Elysium Beach Co, you will receive $50 off your next reservation!

Please email us with your referral details to collect your thank-you gift!

Do you offer food?

Currently, you may add pre-packed snacks from our Add-Ons menu during checkout.

Please email us with any special requests and we will do our best to make it happen. 😃

Feel free to bring and enjoy your own snacks as well.

Do you take special requests?
